Educational Model
At Inloco Parentis, our staff are trained, to not just educate our pupils with regards to cognitive development, but to encourage growth in the child, as a whole.
Our educational model emphasizes 5 critical areas of development which need focus, and thus are interlinked. Should a child for example have an emotional issue, he/she might not have a positive attitude towards learning and thus never achieve a higher level of thinking.
Curriculum
In compliance with regulations as set out by the Department of Basic Education, education at Inloco Parentis is ELDAS and CAPS based with bi-annual assessments to provide feedback on the progress of your child. Each child is unique and measure individually with regards to both academic and developmental milestones.
Speech & Occupational Therapy
For the convenience of our parents and to reach all developmental milestones, Inloco Parentis provides in-house speech and occupational therapy by professional therapists on a weekly basis. After referral and assessment, the therapist will determine the duration and intensity of sessions, which are directly claimed from your medical aid or paid additionally to the therapist as arranged.
